Service Description

DecideDomain is a free online tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate brandable domain name suggestions based on your business description. The Service also provides:

• Real-time domain availability checking
• Domain registration through our partner registrar
• WHOIS privacy protection options

User Accounts

To purchase domains, you must create an account using your email address. Authentication is handled via magic links sent to your email.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your email account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information

Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

Domain Registration: Domain registrations are processed immediately upon payment confirmation. Due to the nature of domain registration, all domain purchases are final and non-refundable once the registration process has begun.

WHOIS Privacy: WHOIS privacy protection, if purchased, is also non-refundable as it is applied immediately upon registration.

If a domain registration fails for technical reasons, you will receive a full refund.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Register domains for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Engage in excessive automated use or scraping
• Attempt to disrupt or overload the Service
• Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
• Use the Service to generate or promote spam

Intellectual Property

AI-Generated Names: Domain name suggestions generated by our AI are provided for your use. We do not claim ownership of domain names you register, but we also make no guarantees that generated names do not infringe on existing trademarks. It is your responsibility to ensure any domain you register does not violate third-party rights.

Service Content: The DecideDomain website, including its design, code, and content, is the property of 3 G International Supplies LLC and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Domain Registration

Domain registration is provided through our partner registrar, Openprovider. By registering a domain through DecideDomain, you also agree to:

• ICANN's Registrant Rights and Responsibilities
• The applicable domain registry's policies
• Our partner registrar's terms of service

Domain availability shown on our site is checked in real-time but is not guaranteed. Domains may become unavailable between the time of checking and registration.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3 G International Supplies LLC shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Domain availability or registration failures beyond our control
• Actions of third-party services (payment processors, registrars)
• Trademark or intellectual property disputes related to registered domains

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3 G International Supplies LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Scottsdale, Arizona, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
